Perspective

This is a 1 hour drawing of the university atrium building using marker pens. There is a good sense of perspective in the drawing. The vanishing points cannot be seen on the image as they are way off the page but there are some orthogonal lines which are parallel and travel to the vanishing points. One is the front part of the roof where the lines travel diagonally to the left and another is diagonally to the top right from and along the building supports at the front. There is rule of thirds in this image as the sculpture and the building supports are the focal points because of their shape and angle. There is also an implied line which starts at the sculpture at the front and then travels diagonally to the left along the building supports and then up curving along the side of the roof and to the top of the building.
